What anime? Social problems and animal totems?

-I am looking for an anime I saw one episode of when I was drunk. I think each episode focused on a different social problem people had. I think they either had an animal totem that represented the problem or they actually transformed into the animal by the end.



The episode I saw had a cell phone obsessed kid trying desperately to find and hang out with his friends but they were avoiding him for trying so hard. He was really focused on his cell phone.i think that would be Fruits Basket...but i don't remember some cellphone guy..
