Name of this one-shot manga?

-All I can remember is its about people that want to commit suicide. Somehow the person that is telling the story wakes up in a forest with other people that want to die. He soon finds out that since they all wanted to end their lives that a woman is hunting and killing them. At the end of the one-shot the main person escapes the forest with one of his/her limbs missing. The woman that was hunting him/her gave him a pendent that was shaped like a bunny (don't know if this part is right or not) and told him something along the lines of "Don't waste your life".
