Any good anime recommendations please?

-Can you suggest any good anime that has chibi, good action, a good plot, good character development, attractive female characters, and makes me think? Kind of like Freezing, Highschool of the Dead, Fairy Tail, Kanokon, or Omamori Himari? I can sacrifice a few of those criteria if need be. Animes I will not take are along the lines of: School Days, Vampire Knight, or Rosario+Vampire.

N like them :DDefiantly Durarara and Baccano (both from the same studio)- they have really good action, characters and plot that will make you think.

Also Eden of the East, To Aru Kagaku no Railgun and Angel Beats fit a lot of your categories.
