With no other options, she goes to the only person she can think of for help: pokerface Ryuji Shirogami, her classmate of 8 years and also the head leader of the powerful yakuza group, Kuryugumi. Ryuji, whose father was also a victim of the same yakuza fight, agrees to take her on as his personal bodyguard. Eun-soo Cha is the main character of the story. Eun-soo has hated her Mother ever since she was abandoned by her. Raised by her Grandma, she became a wild child that likes to fight. One day, however, her Grandma's already bad health worsens, and she promises not to fight anymore. When Eun-soo's grandma dies soon after, she decides to leave Dae-Jeon (where she lives) and goes to Seoul to live with her Mother, despite still hating her, because she has nowhere else to go. Not only does unhappy Kyo have to pretend to be a boy during the day (the basketball team members all live at the school to boost the team spirit), she has to do it day and night. The super-star of the team, Chiharu Eniwa, may be a good-looking, basketball champion, but his attitude towards Kyo is hostile from their very first meeting. Fate/Stay Night

- Saber had to pose as a guy during her past life.

Juuni Kokki (The Twelve Kingdoms)

- Youko posed as a guy for a long while in there.

BTW: Ranma was a guy posing as a girl, not the other way around.
Princess Princess is really good.

It's a manga and anime although it's about 3 boys who dress as girls. They go to an all boys school where the prettiest guys dress as girls to give the male student body something nice to look at to alleviate their stress.

I also would recommend the manga Boy Princess. Again it's a guy dressing as a girl but it's still good none the less. It's sort of medieval times and Yaoi-ish. There are no flat out sex scenes in it. A boy takes the place of his sister in a marriage to the prince because his sister ran away. It's sort of Macbeth/Romeo & Juliet ish. There is lots of conniving and people dying.
Kaichou wa Maid-Sama [She dresses up as a guy for maybe two episodes]

Sorry I can't think of any others other than the ones you mentioned >.<;
Mulan
its not an anime but manga

Hana Kimi
